At Tropicana Properties SL we offer a wide range of rental properties from studio apartments to private villas with pools located along the Costa Tropical coast and in the inland villages like Jete, Otivar and Lenteji.

We have found that many of you who are looking to purchase a property in this area often prefer to rent long-term in the area before finally purchasing. During this time you will familiarise yourself with the town and the countryside, absorb the customs and culture and enjoy the scenery around you before you decide to purchase and move to Spain.

Our rental accommodations are often furnished and equipped to the owners personal tastes and consequently vary in style and resources. Our rental properties are competitively priced and in many cases requests for longer term rental periods will also be considered, simply ask us and we will attempt to accommodate you. We also have available for long-term rentals only (minimum 1 year) a wide range of unfurnished properties.

Our properties are prepared and cleaned for your arrival, the keys will be made available only during office hours unless by prior notification, most owners DO NOT accept pets but we do have some owners that will consider them, and whenever possible we will either escort you to or give clear instructions to the property.

All our pricing is in Euros, and we would expect a holding deposit of 20% payable to “Tropicana Properties SL” with the balance to be paid in cash on collection of the keys. Charges for electricity and water are included in all lets except those longer than one month. In properties with gas water heaters it is more often supplied by bottle, and we would ask that all our clients familiarise themselves with this system or to ask our staff if they have a problem.
