Based in Almuñecar in Granada province, Tropicana Properties SL has been selling Costa Tropical property for 6 years. So who better to help you through the maze that is buying or selling property in Spain? Our aim is to offer you a 'one-stop' service that is confidential, professional and without exclusivity. We will support you in the purchase or sale of your property and you can be sure of the dedication and professionalism of our international team. We are a privately owned Estate Agency based in Almuñécar, in the heart of the Costa Tropical. You will find us diagonally opposite McDonald's, just off the main Málaga to Motril coast road (N-340). We offer property for sale and lease along most of the Costa Tropical from La Herradura to Salobrena including the surrounding countryside or 'campo', the villages of Otivar and Jete, and up to Valle Lecrin & Los Guajares just 20 minutes from Granada city and 30 minutes from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada. Our team of English, French and Spanish resident consultants, all with a wealth of local knowledge, endeavor to make buying or selling your property on the Costa Tropical a pleasurable experience.

We are open from 9.30am to 2pm and 4.30pm to 8.00pm (winter) and from 9.30am to 2pm and 5.00pm to 8.00pm (summer) - Mondays to Fridays; Saturdays from 9.30am to 1.30pm. By prior appointment, we are contactable at the weekend or during the 'siesta', should you wish to view any of our properties.

When you register with Tropicana Properties SL your details remain on our database, and all the information you supply to us remains completely confidential. If you are buying and we don’t help you to locate your property first time around, do not despair, we will endeavor to continue looking for you. We have many contacts with other reputable local estate agents, and so when you register with us we take care of you, doing much of the sourcing for you. If you are selling we will come to your property, help with the valuation, take all the details and photographs, before extensively marketing it for you across numerous international websites as well as advertising your property in magazines and local press.

In addition we offer a wide range of supplementary services to help you obtain your residence, fiscal and NIE numbers, social security cards, a Spanish mortgage, a driving license, insurances and testate services - all at very competitive rates. For those of you who have a busy schedule and can only meet us at the weekend then we are available to organise ourselves to maximise your time.
