I bought my property through Tropicana in 2006. They were the only agent in Almuñecar who took the time to set my needs and expectations before showing me suitable properties and certainly what I thought I wanted was not what I needed! Instead of a cortijo I have bought a stunning duplex apartment, overlooking the sea and have enjoyed every minute of the 16 years I have owned. We decided to buy a property in Almuñecar and e-mailed Tropicana in English with our requirements.
